On Central Beach at 6:19 AM: the Sea Festival program has been posted. The stage is ready. A small area near the bridge across Kai River towards the city center has been prepared for the Swiftlet Nest Festival. Also a beautiful flower was spotted, and as usual, a scenic sunrise on the road.
