This policy explains how to report a problem with Content on nha-trang.vn (the "Site") and how CÔNG TY TNHH BESPALOV IN VIETNAM handles such reports. It supplements the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
How to report a problem

What you can report
You can report:
- a factual error in a listing or in another part of the Site, including in the news & city-digest section or the community discussion section;
- an outdated or expired offer;
- your personal data shown on the Site (see the Privacy Policy, "Your rights");
- copyright or other intellectual-property infringement;
- a concern about a listing describing your business — claim, correction or removal (see our Business Listings & Awards Policy);
- unlawful content;
- anything else that concerns you about Content on the Site.
What to include
Please include a link to the page and a clear description of what is wrong. For intellectual-property complaints, also include identification of the work, evidence of your rights, and a statement that the use is unauthorised. For personal-data and business-listing requests, include enough information for us to verify that you are the person or business concerned. We may ask follow-up questions.
What we do
We review every valid notice; where a notice is substantiated, we correct, hide, unpublish or otherwise restrict the affected Content. We honour statutory deadlines where they apply, including for requests from competent authorities and for personal-data requests from the data subject; for other reports we aim to respond within 7 working days. For contested intellectual-property claims we may restore Content if the person who submitted it substantiates their rights. Handling a report is not an admission of liability by the Operator.
Business-listing removal grounds
A business listing may be removed on the following grounds:
- the business has closed;
- the listing is factually wrong beyond a simple correction;
- a court or competent-authority decision requires it;
- a substantiated personal-data request, for listings that identify an individual rather than a registered business;
- being included in a public reference directory is not, by itself, a ground for removal — where a request does not fit these grounds, we may decline it.
Abuse of this process
Reports made in bad faith or containing knowingly false information may be disregarded and, where the law provides for it, reported to the competent authority.
