A friend was targeted by two Vietnamese assailants on a motorcycle at approximately 1 AM near the northern bridge in Nha Trang. One remained on the bike while the other attempted to snatch a bag. The theft attempt was unsuccessful and they fled. Residents are advised to exercise caution in this area.
