Dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga practice combining strength, endurance, flexibility, and concentration. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Class focuses on proper technique, breathing, and safe alignment of poses. Taught by Stepan Stepanov, a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga instructor with 4+ years in India and training at Rishikesh. All necessary equipment provided.
