About this role
Responsibilities: process applicant responses, communicate with candidates, conduct initial screening, and bring suitable candidates through to employment. Compensation: $300 base rate + $50 per employee after 22 shifts. Additional income depends on results. Schedule: 5/2 (Mon–Fri), 10:00–19:00 (Moldova Time), plus one Saturday per month 10:00–18:00. Training: 2-day onboarding included. Remote work from home.
