About this role
Remote second-line technical support operator (PC Operator L2). Handles second-level support tickets and incoming chats, coordinates with first line, and communicates with partners in Russia and other countries. Requirements: English B1+, PC and MS Office skills, communication skills, attention to detail, stress resistance; tech support experience is an advantage. Requires a computer with Windows Pro, macOS or Linux. Conditions: fully remote; salary 750 USD during 3-month probation, then 880 USD; 2-on-2-off day shifts 09:00-21:00; 28 days paid leave + 4 extra days off; training and mentor support.
