Red Star Service, a fast-growing tourism services company in Vietnam, seeks an experienced Manager-Coordinator for remote work. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via CRM, driving clients through the sales pipeline, coordinating tours, monitoring bookings and payments, handling customer communication, and managing team chats. Must have 3+ years sales experience, understanding of sales funnels, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and control multiple processes simultaneously, and responsibility for mistakes. Tourism experience is a bonus. Work schedule 09:00–22:00; salary USD 600–1000 per month with potential for higher pay upon exceeding targets; payments twice monthly. Requires laptop and stable internet. Company provides growth opportunities.
