F&B Manager for Lotus Arena concert venue

About this role

Lotus Arena, a new concert venue in Vietnam, is hiring an F&B manager to launch and run bars, food outlets and VIP areas. Responsibilities: plan menus, assortment, purchasing and sales; build and manage the team; control revenue, cost of goods, stock and write-offs; set up workflows and analyse event financial results. Requirements: experience catering for concerts of 1,500+ guests, F&B/bar/restaurant management experience, understanding of financial KPIs, purchasing and inventory, experience building teams and processes from scratch.
