About this role
We are expanding our team and seeking a Customer Coordinator responsible for client management and internal process organization. Duties include CRM & Google Drive maintenance, Google Sheets work, client support throughout projects, issue resolution, partner communication, and financial calculations. First week training in-office, then fully remote. Requirements: confident PC user, Google Workspace experience, strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, functions, automation), attention to detail, organization, quick learner; customer communication experience is a plus. Starting salary: 12,000,000 VND during adaptation (first month, based on interview). After training and passing internal tests, salary will be reviewed upward. Send resume with application.
