Content Moderator – Remote Work (2/2 Schedule)

About this role

Remote content moderation position with flexible 2/2 schedule (two working days, two days off, shifts negotiable by project). Responsibilities: review and moderate user content per guidelines, remove/flag violations and spam, analyse user complaints, maintain records and reporting, use moderation system with timely responses, communicate with support team. Training provided on-site (step-by-step instructions, mentorship, platform adaptation). No prior experience required. Requirements: stable internet, attention to detail, responsibility, discipline, willingness to learn, good literacy in project language (Russian and/or English preferred). Payments twice per month; quality and speed bonuses available.
