Blue Shed Café is hiring a chef to join our team. Prepare Russian and European dishes following recipes and standards. Responsibilities include food preparation (washing, cleaning, cutting), cooking hot dishes, appetizers and sandwiches, quality control, maintaining hygiene and kitchen cleanliness, inventory management, and working efficiently during peak hours. Must be responsible, neat, food-safe conscious, work at fast pace, and eager to develop. Experience as a chef is a plus. Schedule is 2/2 or 3/3 shifts with day and night options.
