Complete disassembly, full repaint for corrosion protection, unique design, comprehensive maintenance, and precision tuning of all components. Custom work took 6 months. Built specifically for long-distance touring and extended use without repairs or maintenance. Includes polished PTFE-coated cables, reinforced Shimano housings with linear braid and PTFE liners, hermetic construction with sealing caps, leather handlebar and saddle, original tires, and puncture-proof protective tape.
