Fully rebuilt and service-upgraded FTR 223 motorcycle, meticulously prepared for long-distance travel. Engine completely overhauled with new piston, restored/upgraded cylinder, new timing chain, replaced connecting rod, new bearings, and extensive supplementary components. New clutch assembly (genuine, not contract). New front and rear brakes (0 km since installation). Rear suspension fully serviced and reinforced for passenger and luggage touring. Front fork completely serviced with new oil, new seals, and internal components. New exhaust system. Nearly all major bearings replaced: steering column, wheels, engine. Fresh tires and reinforced tubes. New battery. Passenger seat significantly upgraded with increased seating area, additional metal handles, passenger backrest, configured for long two-person trips. Carburettor currently tuned and running perfectly; complete set of original internal carburettor parts provided for future rebuild. Additional equipment includes powerful M20 Ultra auxiliary lights, dual front/rear dashcam with separate monitor in central top box, large central top box, two side top boxes (not shown, used only for travel), new engine temperature sensor and tachometer (not yet installed, included), plus numerous additional minor upgrades.
